I got my Galaxy Nexus and I am loving it Way better than an iPhone 4S would have been. I boguht NovaLauncher Prime as my Launcher replacement (basically stock launcher with some extra customising and gestures)

Is there CyanogenMod for your device?

Yes there is (unoffical), and it's also a ics rom, but I would have to give up data, camera, misleading signal bars, etc. Basically most of the main workings of the phone. I would "maybe" take it if data was working, as I use that on my phone a lot, but until then I'm not using it.

I used Apex pro up until yesterday, when I discovered Nova pro can make more than two tabs in the app drawer. That pretty much stole me over to the Nova side. They're both nearly identical, but maybe nova has more features.

As far as launchers go many OEM ones are very fast and full of features especially the Xperia Home and the new touchwiz
