Very heavy on the Lemon, almost lemonade I can see how this would be killer in the summer. It's more shaved ice texture than Sorbet but for an Aldis off brand expected. I think I paid about $3 for this not horrible. However most of the blueberry syrup is at the bottom so that's why the lemon over powers as usual. Not bad if you want a refresher but they should advertise it more as shaved ice than Sorbet. 3/5
Maybe it just needs to melt more. Meh.
