That´s know as shrinkflation, here the Big "familiar" bag size of chips now contains the same product what years ago the personal bag, and now the personal only have 100 grams of product. but the bags are the same size before, making you to indeed buy "air"

No, per "serving". The bag is 290 grams (used to be 300 but shrinkflation).
A "serving" is a bullshit unit manufacturers can define however they want and then claim their food has "only" 100 calories per "serving" or some other claim.

They should put a law to define what a "serving size" should be
like 100ml or 100g or 1 unit (unit being if the manufacturer already divided the food, like a cake divided in 8 portion, or those ritz sandwich mini-bag)
