Province of Quebec IS going to be a major part for the electric car transition.
First, our electricity is nearly 100% green
Secondly, a big part of our lands contains precious metals, including gold, copper, zinc, lithium and many more. Not too far away in the west (Province of Ontario), you can find a lot of Uranium.
