Hardware Possible to use this adapter on the Wii ???

This is about the original Wii (not Wii U).

I was wondering if it's somehow possible to use such an "USB-to-Wii Classic Controller" adapter on a softmoded Wii console? Instead of conecting your Classic Controller to the Wiimote?

Yes. I doubt someone would take the time to write the software needed to make it work, but in theory it's possible.

very likely it's just a standard pc HID.. and device sees it as a regular pc controller
i think it will work with nintendont, however in normal wii games it will not (unless the loader supports usb controllers)

Well i got it and... it doesn't work @ all. Not even in Nintendont.
