ROM Hack Pokesav-type Editor for GBA Pokemon Games?

Is there such a thing? I want to beat the older roms and then copy the data over to Diamond "properly." So are there any editors with decent GUIs out there?

Didn't help. Those seems to be GBC only. I tried looking up editors myself, but failed so I'm hoping these exists and someone knows what they are.

Cool. Now I got my options straight. If I have enough time to beat/catch things properly and the xfer them to Diamond I'll do that, if not I'll play with the Maker. Thanks for pointing me to these.
