ROM Hack Pokesav 06c for Black and White Corrupt?

No matter where I download this program from the exe file disappears upon extraction.

Ive been looking for a solution on my own for a while and read that only corrupt files do that.

Is that true? Is it really corrupt? Or is it some security software on windows xp or macaffe?

oh-and let me be clear- i want the one CloneCharizard worked on- not Totodile. I tried totodile's F5 and it works no better than sav 04 (which I CAN use).

If for some reason it is corrupt- I would love a link to download an UNcorrupt one.
If its just my comp or the software in it- i would love help in fixing it.
