Extract the game files, use QuickBMS with the .gfpak script to unpack and repack the textures, then Bntx Injector to export the textures as DDS files to be edited in Photoshop and then use it to reinject them back.
your explanation is not specific,,, please be a specific so i can understand
1.extract the game.. and there are pokemon folder with many pm.gfpak.
2.use quickBMS to unpack one of those Pokemon gfpak with BMS sciprt.
3. after unpack with BMS there are many file with Dat and bnt extension.
so how did im open those file with Bntx injector if those file is Dat and bnt since Bntx only support BNtx FIle ? if i cant open Bntx file, i cant convert to DDS file to edit on photoshop.

kinda confuse here, did we need rename those Bnt file into bntx ?

i want to replace one of the bag textures with a transparent one so you don't see it when your player is wearing it.
i've extracted the .nsp and extracted the biggest .nca but now im lost.
where would the bag textures be located so that i can open them with QuickBMS and Bntx Injector ?
and how, after replacing the texture would i go about making it into a layeredFS mod?

i use a tool called NCA-NSP-XCI_TO_LayeredFS you need your keys.ini in its folder

Has anyone found the player texture files? I have found all the clothes but not the actual character

I'm pretty sure you cant do transparency as the model/mesh will still be visible. I think youd need to edit the model/mesh. You could try just replacing the file with a blank file with the same name and see if that works. Or maybe using a gfpak file for the contact lenses and rename that so the backpack will show the eyes isntead

The hairs are a bit confusing they all have a D N P and H version but they all look exactly the same. Not sure if its possible to edit the colours

replacing the gfpak with a blank file with the same name crashes the game.
replacing the gfpak with other gfpaks renamed (i tried a pokeball, and girl backpack) crashes the game. :/

wish they would have just given us the option of hiding the damn bag...

when I drag the .nca onto the batch, it completes instantly and only has nintendo png and gif files, what am I missing here? (step 6)
