ROM Hack [Pokemon Sun & Moon] Names Of Pokémon Cries Sound Files?

So, I am awhere of the locations of the games sounds files In the RomFS folder. Though, I want to edit some Pokémon Cries (like Espeon's) and I'm not sure what the files names are called.

Can someone help me out with this?

I believe they are located at "romfs/data/sound/niji_sound.bcsar". You will need something to extract the sounds, like 3DS .CWAV Dumper

EDIT: Looks like 3DS .CWAV Dumper is no longer available though...

NOTE:
From what I know, it won't actually say the names of the files, it will only say the offset from where they were extracted from.
I'm researching a little bit into it, so it extracts it with names... just give me a moment...

CWAV. You can this to convert them to wavs (place the cwavs inside the "bcwav" folder). Just run the batch file to convert them:

Ok, so put all the .BCWAV files in the bcwav folder and ran the batch file. But when ever the command prompt tries to convert then, it says "failed to open (File Name)"

What did I do wrong?

Yeah, I didn't think about that... Anyways so, what is the solution to all this? Are we unable to edit these sounds until someone makes a guide or something?

It's possible to edit them, I just don't know why vgmstream is being an a**hole

Yeah, I just need to unpack the .BCWAV file and repack it again thats all. But these programs are so annoying to use :-:

You open it with Audacity. Just drag a "<somthing>.bcwav" file to open it.

Ok, so I opened 0x1A0C500.BCWAV in Audacity and It's VERY static. How can I fix this?
