I found the post but how do i install the game?
grab that file, name it "00040000001A7100.dat" and place it in 3DS "SD:\fbi\seed" folder
then you can import the seed once the demo is installed.

BTW the seed should be real, it's downloaded from Ninty's own servers.

you need the titlekey as well, or else the seed is useless. the titlekey can only be obtained through downloading through the eShop.

Nope, they are two different layers of crypto.
