I know of two cloth stores in the first island's shopping district (one inside the big building) and i think there is one in Olivia's town, i probably missed some as i don't really care much about clothes (and fuck they're expensive)

You need to talk to Looker and he will send you out on missions. He will tell you were to go to encounter them.

Yes. Just run in the grass until they show up. They might now show up on every encounter but most of them atleast.

I found out how to get the second Cosmog!!

(And I fixed it from its original instructions posted by someone else!)

Spoiler

1 - Beat the E4 of Alola
2 - Go to your game's respective Altar on Poni island with your Cover legend during the in game day in MOON and night in SUN.
3 - Enter the Ultra Wormhole to the opposite dimension of yours
4 - Go to Ula'Ula and enter the opposite altar of your game.
5 - Cutscene ensues where your cover legend calls the other one
6 - A Cosmog appears and joins you when you talk to it

BTW. Non Alolan pokedex-mon have NO dex numbers, while ones you CAN get in the dex (Aerodactyl for example) has changed to number 284... so it looks like there is NO NATIONAL DEX!

(Go up towards the Battle place w/ red and blue, but not all the way) The cave place. RIGHT before you get to the place that LOOKS like it's a trial place, turn to your left, and you'll see a wooded area you can crawll through... continue down that path and you'll find a cave. keep going through the cave.

It's really hard to say over here, but you know the area where you find the last island's tapu? warp to that area, go left one screen, then when you reach the new map, immediately go UP as if you're heading toward the battle tree. instead of going to the battle tree thuogh, there's a different direction. You'll see flags (like the ones at a trial area) but to the left, you'll see a thin wooded area. Crawl through there, then go to the cave that's right there. Continue through the cave. And BAM.

I'm sorry if that's not descriptive enough. It's really all I can do to describe it
