For the other language Games from HG und SS must first Hex Hacking before the Offset can foundet

Hi guys, I've this problem, the game don't freeze with the events, but after i beat the radio tower it freezes during battles, and it's sure more often.
I've the problem only with the traslated game, M3 slot2 SD
