Pokesav is not the only way to make codes.

Anyways, it would take a while for you to learn. But there is a stickied thread on how to make AR codes.

Also you can look in the cheat database.

can anyone make a code to allow one of the amity square pokemon to FOLLOW YOU PERMANENTLY?

for example chimchar is one of the amity square pokemon, and he follows you while your in there, but is there anyway you can get him to follow your trainer around even when your not in amity square??
