ROM Hack pokemon platinum patch crash

well ive just got to giratina and i did use a all items code cause of no pokeballs but it just freezes and kinda flat lines lol im using the translation patch it was fine during cyrus battle but as soon as i get to giratina it freezes after the intro of giratina thx in advance
im using R4 btw

Although as an answer to your question - patch the game with the latest version. I've heard reports of previous versions crashing at that place.
