ROM Hack Pokemon Platinum Hack Question

Right. How do I change what starter pokemon I can choose? Like, instead of having a choice between Turtwig, Piplup and Chimchar, I can change them to Eevee, Vulpix and, I don't know, Mew? I can't find any action replay codes for this.

I've tried choosing a random pokemon, then editing it with pokesav - but for some reason, after level 10, it wont obey me any more. That makes me one sad trainer.

Also, how do I go about editing wild pokemon in specific routes?

Because variety is the spice of life. I own all three previous gen games, as well as having the roms. Hacking the games changes things, makes it more interesting and personal. If you can't see the appeal in that, then you're probably a sociopath or something. xD

It won't obey you because you didn't click the "Input own ID" next to Trainer ID and Secret ID.

Just try it again but make sure to check that box and you shouldn't have any problem at all.
