Hacking pokemon pearl national dex

OMG this is like my 3rd post in the past 2 days i'm such a noob but anyways...

I'm playing pokemon pearl off my R4 and using the cheat database found on these forums. I used the cheat to complete the Sinnoh pokedex and wanna get the national dex, but when i go talk to prof Rowan he acknowledges that i've seen and captured all the pokemon but prof Oak doesn't appear like i ear he's supposed to. I read around and someone said to try going to Rowan's PC first, i tried that but no luck. Anyone know what the heck i can do?

Or have an action replay code to instantly get the national dex???

to get national dex u have to complete ur sinnoh dex and then talk to prof rowan and then oak

thats all

i dont think it will work with cheat thought but u can get national dex wit cheats but it will only last til cheat somes off

If you are talking to Rowan for the first time after you've seen them all, Oak will come.
