ROM Hack Pokemon OR/AS Editing Pokemon Flames

Hey everyone! I've been editing textures successfully for a bit and it's been fun. I'm wondering though is there a way to edit the animated flames on pokemon like Charizard and Moltres? I just want to change thri flames blue if it matters. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking at this with infernape currently to complete my Mega Trio 4th gen starter, so if I find out how it work (and I maybe have an idea) I'll told you for sure

Not the move, I just want to make the actual flames around Moltres, or the Flame on Charizards tail blue...
