I agree. Salamence and Metagross getting MegaEvos would be nice BEAST! Or at least I hope it would.

I wonder if Match Call will be brought back? I really wish they include both the VS Seeker AND Match Call functionality in the PokeNav. Now, sure having both seem pretty redundant but if we were to tweak the Match Call such that receiving a call would signify a roster change, then the problem is solved. I liked the VS Seeker because at least I could rebattle just about anyone whenever I felt like it. Ahhh a man can dream ;A;

Mega Flygon bitches.

It will be like Garchomp on Pokeroids.

Garchomp is already much better than Flygon, it also has an Mega-evolution with an incredible attack.
I hardly can see Flygon been any better than Garchomp,
unless it get an outstanding stat distribution or have an appelative ability.

Mega Garchomp has 92 base speed, it's a real let down other threats can outspeed it and kill it with ease that normally wouldn't. Hence why it's one of the least used Mega's in competitive battling.

Mega Flygon could possibly get more attack and speed, which will put it above Garchomp's speed and hopefully attacks stat. Tinted lens ability would be sick for it.

Mega-Garchomp has 108 HP base stat, 115 Def and 108 Sp. Def, which is a really considerable bulky,
I can't see a non-supereffective move OHKOing it.
It also has an incredible 170 base stat attack, let's be honest Flygon can never dream about having such attack stat.
Also, it's ability increase power of earth, rock and steel attacks by 33% on sandstorm,
just imagine using earthquake with Mega-Garchomp after Tyranitar, or any other pokémon that made a saandstorm,
Earthquake would have an 133 attack base power, with 100% accuracy and 170 base stat attack,
it could OHKO a lot of pokémon in OU very easily.
It's speed is a real letdown, it's true, but considering everything it's a really balanced mega-evolution that could put real threat to a lot of pokémons.

Lol nice in pen and paper but in pratice it's not so good as you put it.

Speed is the real problem, any HP ICE and stab dragon move can take it down.

Flygon would have the speed advantage and possibly even higher with Mega.

There are few pokémon who would outspeed it now and didn't before,
and considering them, the only threats to Mega-Garchomp that are not Ubers would be Salamence, Hydreigon and Manaphy and Flygon, and yet I don't know if those dragons could OHKO it.
but those are been used a lot less than last gen, no coincidence Salamence and Hydreigon fell from OU,
and about Flygon, I never seen anybody using it competitively.
But now Mega-garchomp can OHKO a Dragonite with defense effort, which it couldn't earlier,
and considering Dragonite using a Dragon Dance will outspeed Garchomp, it's easy to see this benefit.
I'm not saying Mega-Garchomp is fantastic, to say the truth, I prefer using the non mega evolved,
I'm just pointing the benefits of it.

We have crossed extreme Pokemon Tactician territory already.
And all I'm seeing is

Life Orb Garchomp is strong as Mega Garchomp's base 170 atttack and it couldn't OHKO a bulky Dragonite back then.

Mega Garchomp is built for wall breaking, not sweeping. Mega Flygon could be a decent sweeper with more speed and attack. Different roles, it's scary to have a fast physical dragon, if Mega flygon gets like 150/140 attack and 120/130 speed. Garchomp was considerd a fast physical dragon back in 4th gen and it was scary with 102 base speed. Now later gens have up the speed creep.

Nevertheless Mega Flygon would be a cool concept.

Mega Charizard X really gave competition to Salamence and the likes. :/ It completely took Salamence's role.

Mega Salamence to regain its glory... ;)
