i defeated darkrai recruited palkia manaphy came back and i did everything else that needs to be done
my partner shinx already evolved into luxray but it´s still not possible for me as riolu to evolve
do i need a special item for him? or is there anything else i have to do to become lucario?

thank you all for your help i have lucario now lvl 100 (finally with aura sphere)

but i don´t like his sprites they doesn´t really look like lucario

but still better than playing as riolu
now i will look for all the legendaries since i have mystery plate and mystery part
