Nevermind. Found it. Talk to Beauregard outside the galaxy building and wurmple will evolve then after going exploring for a while it'll pop up on the request board.

I literally am 4 Pokémon from 100% completion and can’t get a time distortion to save my life I have been walking around mount cornet for hours catching and battling every Pokémon I encounter hoping it triggers an event

It’s kind of funny considering how much work goes into making an alt. Need to roll a new IP, start a new e-mail, log into the new account, actually post the spam… all just to be unmade with one press of a button. A futile effort, nobody’s impressed. I suggest ignoring it going forward. If you see any spam that escaped our attention, just use the report button.
