Hacking pokemon heartgold freeze issues

I have pokemon heartgold on an m3 sakura with latest firmware from a couple of days ago. However the game freezes every 5-10 mins. Obviously this is very annoying. I've had a look on the forums and cannot see this specific issue mentioned before. I hope I'm wrong and there a simple fix for it. Can anyone help please. Much appreciated. Thanks.

So Ive been searching more into this and I still cannot find an answer. Rudolphs does not work. There does not seem to be a fix. Am i right?
