I agree. Here are the reasons why there won't be interest, in case you don't understand why, OP:

1. There is a typo in the title. Please ask a moderator to fix it or people will not know what the heck your hack is called unless they read all of the posts in the thread.
2. "this is my new hack of Sinnoh" implies you're making a hack of Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum, despite the fact that you are making the hack of either Black or White (which, speaking of, you have not revealed to us which specific version you're using, either).
3. "they all have sinnoh pokemon only some have like crobat, roselia,magikarp and others" It would probably be a lot better to say "Most trainers have 4th Generation Pokemon" or "Most of the Pokemon the trainers have are from Sinnoh."
4. Your hack's description doesn't really explain what the hack is about. There's not enough detail.
5. "progress: 50%" What have you progessed in? What makes this hack 50% done?
6. "screenshot: Comming soon" This doesn't really help. If you're 50% done, then you should have some screenshots on the front page.
7. "if they are bugs tell me" You haven't given us a patch to play the game with, therefore this line shouldn't even be included!
8. You don't need to change the font size or the font on the first post to artificially lengthen your post. As long as you add all the details and explain everything very well, the post should be longer anyway.

If you need someone to help you with things like the first post of this thread, just ask for help! Most of us won't blame someone who lives in a country where English is not the main language to ask for help with that kind of stuff.

You should release screenshots of how sprites have been changed. Editing Sinnoh Pokémon into Black/White is simple, and won't impress very many people.
Say you're changing Cheren to Lucas, then post some screenshots of his OW, Trainer, and Mugshot sprites. That would attract many users to your hack.
