ROM Hack Pokemon Editor

I've got a real quick question. Is there a tool for the Gen 4 Pokemon games that allows the user to edit the ROM and change things like a Pokemon's stats, learnable moves, sprites, etc?

, but is must modified from main ROM not at save file!!, like i can modified and change sprite on pokemon BW, for HGSS is have own tools you can search on project pokemon, like edit script.

you can modified stat or anything without using pokegen or pokesav...... yeah is simple for me, i just edit via HEX editor is so funny than using a buggy tools..... PPPP

but is not on 1 tools, is need 10 tools and need scripting, editing and spriting skill....... if not, you can't rollback if is error

I'd suggest using Pokegen, it's what I use and it pretty much covers all of my Pokemon editing needs.

Oh my god, don't be stupid mate! It's so obvious he was being ironic because the question was incredibly funny. Asking about a pokemon editor in GbaTemp it's like asking if fire can burn :/

PPRE covers most of the data and stuff, though you'll need other tools for image editing (i.e. PokéDSPic for the sprites, using PokéDSPic Platinum for either Platinum or HGSS).
