Insert the .PGF files into a clean Liberty Ticket ROM using KazoWAR's editor, then extract the .bin from that ROM.

I was trying to add support for Black And White into my patcher tool, but the new distribution roms are different.

What are in the data\*.bin files? I cant really decipher the ASM so I don't know what it does.

Sorry, I don't know anything about the actual process of Wonder Card replacement/editing. What I do know is that the Wonder Card data is in the *.bin file that can be found in the Victini ROM (there's 12 of them by default if you use my hack), that KazoWAR has made a tool that can swap out Wonder Cards in an unmodified Victini ROM and that his tool doesn't fix one of the checksums in the *.bin file (because the Victini ROM happily accepts a *.bin file with that particular checksum unfixed).

Turns out some pictures don't work for some insane reason. I have no idea why.
It's nice to know that the rom isn't even 1 MB and yet Ninty insists on making it 8MB.

No, look back a page or such...

Use KazoWAR's Liberty Ticket Distribution Cart Editor.
In the program:
1) Load the rom ( victini rom )
2) Import a pgf file
3) Change the info message if necessary. Make sure to press save text!
4) Press export rom.
5) Choose a location (root) then save as whatever name (use extract.nds if you want to get the .bin)
6) Use Prof. 9's batch file and choose number 2.
7) Rename the newly created data.bin into XX.bin (where XX is a number between 01 and 12 [eg. 01.bin, 09.bin, 11.bin])
8) Place the renamed file into the cards folder.
9) Use Prof. 9's batch file and choose number 3.
10) Copy the newly created compiled.nds file into the flashcart/etc. and run.
11) It is advised to delete the extract.nds file when done incase you become confused on which file is which.
