Eh, National Dex is usually unlocked after some major event (Beating Elite 4 for the first time or something). Probably not limited to seeing all possible pokemon first. Really looking forward to this game though, time feature + being able to see/catch baby pokemon in the wild.I'm pretty sure that you have to beat the elite 4 as well as having seen all 150 pokemon to get the national dex.
Question 1) Can anyone tell me the quickest way to unlock the NAT Pokedex? What if I take 2 DSes use my fresh started game capture me like 6 pokemon....then get a jap save file and trade all 150 pokemon to my new US released version. Would that work to unlock the Nat Pokedex?
Question 2) Does the G6 or M3 support the GBA/Linkage function with Pokemon Pearl/Diamond and Pokemon Fire/Leaf?
and of course if I can't trade with USA Pokemon with Jap Pokemon will my method work in question 1 if I wait till someone has all 150 on a USA pokedex and gives out the save file.
I ask this cause my Pikachu is level 7, as well as some other newly hatched offspring and I would much rather level them up on the game rather than running around on Green for the sole purpose of leveling my character up.
QUOTE said:Luckily, in this game, all you have to do to complete the Shinou Dex is SEE all the Pokemon in the Dex, as opposed to catching them like in previous games. And once you see all the Pokemon, you unlock the National Dex. There are 151 Pokemon in the Shinou Dex, but not all the new Pokemon are included in it.
Not sure about working with an M3 (though I dont see why not), but as for Jap -> USA transferingIf you find any info on Jap->USA transfer with M3, let me know.
