Is there by any chance a pokemon diamond hack like Moemon? I want to have one like that for diamond, but don't know if there is such a thing

look up poketex, it lets you to edit all the games overworld sprites (you need a list of hex offsets...)

for diamond and stuff, we can edit pokemon data, trainer data ( all of 'em ) wild pokemon data, scripts, starters, honeytree, safarigame, movesets, and something else I forgot. can't be so important. I'm sure some people are working on the mapping stuff, but I doubt there are any apps for it.
