Misc POkemon DIamond GTS

I have recently beat diamond.Has anyone connected to the GTS yet. Because i cant seem to connect. Like when i talk to the guy and the game saves, i walk into the room . The screen turns black and the game freezes. At lest i think it does. Cuz i wait there for like 2 minutes and nothing happens. Is it suppose to take a long time to connect.

I've been able to conect to the GTS in diamond fine... Are your wi-fi settings set up correctly? Do other online multiplayer games work?

If they don't, theres your problem.

If it does, it could indicate a problem with your rom.

Not that I would know, but it could be that you trimmed your rom with a trimmer that touched the WiFi code. I own Pearl, so I wouldn't know about this experience first hand.

Makes sense can you connect to wifi well in the pokecentres? And if it gets as far as an error message what is it?

When I first got diamond the GTS didn't work. Trust me sometimes its just down. Keep trying later.
