I dunno, it looks good, but it doesn't seem to fit Pinsir. I have always seen Pinsir as a strong, male Pokemon (it even has sir in it's name ).

Well, I can live with the crown, since it can also symbolize a king. But the thing that really bugged me (no pun intended...) were the wings. The way you have it right now, it looks kinda like a fighting bug fairy Pokemon. If you got rid of the wings it would look more like a bug/fighting type (which has yet to be created). I also think fighting would suite Pinsir quite well.
