You change the 0x1 to 0x0 and remove the semi colon. Save the file and move the file from config templates to just the config folder.

ILCA is going to have a riot on their hands when people can't get past the table or invisible couch walls to talk to mr pokemon for a poffin case until the post game like I did with that shitty 30 degree camera angle. Cant talk to him across the table like the original or a normal person either.
