ROM Hack Pokemon black/white mega edition

I know this is pointless but can someone here create a hack rom in black / white inserting the mega evo's? even 1 mega. maybe the starter or a random pokemon with mega evo haha !

i think it was already made... i had seen some hack with mega evolutions, but maybe it could be based on 4 or 3 gen...
