If I remember correctly it was with the same dumper tools we are trying to use now. If that is true, Nintendo REALLY stepped up with the AP this time around.

Maybe in USA, I never saw an argentinean that thinked Brazil speaks spanish,
nor a brazilian that thinks Argentina speaks portuguese.
The problem is that you, americans, focus too much on your local history and forget about the rest of the world,
which results on negative image of americans to the rest of the world, like in this video:

There will be an official dump form Xenophobia or someone tomorrow. When have u ever got an early dump from some random guy? The 1st dump is always done by either Bahamut or Xenophobia.

Actually, I brought that point out in my foreign relations class today pertaining to the election. Many people across the world know about the US election 2012 and the candidates, yet many Americans don't know leaders of other nations.

There have been 10 Pokemon releases for the DS so far, search for a ROM for any of them and you will see that it was dumped by someone who is well known for dumping ROM's. We always get AT LEAST 10 people every time claiming they have the game and are trying to dump a ROM, but each and every time we had to wait until Bahamut or Xenophobia dumped it.

Not every one is addicted to pokemon dude. They don't care, and they especially won't dump it on the internet for others to use.
Heck I wouldn't do it even if you asked me, probably for bragging rights.
