Hacking Pokemon Bank with CFW LUMA & .cia game

hello guys.
I'm having some doubts about cfw, but let me explain my situation.

1- Last year I had a 3ds (normal, all original) with some pokemon games (original cartdriges) like sun, omegaruby, X and etc..., i sold it cause i needed money to buy NS, but first, I subscribed on POKEMON BANK and sent ALL my pokemons there, in my account.

2- I bought NS, played pkm letsgo and already made my pokemon sword pre-punchase

3- Now that things are getting better for me (u$$), I bought a NEW 2 ds xl, cause there are some games in the library that I want to play
but here's the problem... this 2DS xl, has a cfw (luma last version etc).
I enjoyed this Cfw, this gave me a lot of possibilities, and I can play games that I probably would never had courage to buy
But i would like to know, If I can install pokemon bank on the ESHOP, subscribe again, and transfer my pokemons in bank to my pokemon ultrasun (not original, .cia installed)or if this will give me a BAN or cancel my CFW if I update something that I should't....
