ROM Hack [Pokemon B2/W2] Loading/Patching mods with CFW?

Hello there! So recently I've decided to do some Pokemon White 2 modding from cartage dump (Done from gm9). Now, I want to use my mods for my White 2 DS cartage on my CFW 3DS. The issue is, I've searched plenty and I cannot seem to find a way to do this. What I want to do is patch the game like how luma3ds patches 3DS games, where you have the file path of the modified file on the SD card. Is there a way to do this with a custom application of sorts? If not, then would it be possible to load mods off of TWLMenu++ by running the game cartage through from there? Essentially, I trying to load the mods through the actual game cartage and avoiding having to put the ROM on my SD. Unless that's the only way that works.

Unfortunately, there's no way of doing this.
Both reading from SD or cart for certain data would still require patching the card read function.
