Does Pokemon B/W (german) works on Supercard DS 2 without an extra patch?

If not, where can i get the anti piracy patch for the german version?

Beim Fenster was sich öffnent auf den Ersten Button drücken (Fragt dich auf Japanisch ob du ein Backup machen willst)
