Ok i have a problem i used the cce and i made the usrcheat.dat but when i go to check my cheats for my game there are no cheats and i put cheats in how do i make the cheats appear on my r4i gold

As for your problem... Being a former owner of an R4, I believe that the file needs to be saved as "cheat.dat". If you already have that file, you will need to open that file and add the cheats there.

i tried that it freezes when i put cheat.dat and go to the cheats

If you use CHEAT.DAT it MUST be encrypted (R4CCE has an option to Encrypt).
If you use USRCHEAT.DAT you MUST delete your CHEAT.DAT file.
