Hacking Pokemon 2 Stuck on White Screen

Hello,
I have a R4i Gold ( r4 clone ) from r4ids.com and I'm currently using Wood R4 v1.51 from r4ids.cn on it. The original firmware for this card is extremely old and outdated as is this card, thus me using Wood R4 on it. It works pretty good besides from me not being able to play Pokemon 2. Whenever I launch any Pokemon 2 game ( Black or White ), My DS Lite freezes on a white, blank screen. I have AP Patched Both games and still they don't work. I am aware that Wood R4 v1.54 fixes Pokemon 2 but whenever I download that and put it into my DS Lite, it becomes frozen on a black "Loading" screen. As does Wood R4 v1.64, and v1.62. The only way I've been able to run Wood R4 on this card is me using a .NDS file of Wood R4 v1.51. The latest .NDS Wood R4 (1.62) does not run due to the menu being all messed up.

Have you tried this Wood R4? Have you tried formatting your microSD card with SDFormatter? Have you tried another microSD card?

@ArnoDorian Just tried what you said, I still get stuck on a loading screen and I have formatted my microSD card with the Panasonic SDFormatter. Also tried another microSD card. Also EVERY game I try gets stuck on loading screen
