ROM Hack PokeDSpic for SS/HG

Hi Guys!
I m Searched at Google everything about PokeDSpic for SS/HG but i found NOTHING!
im just found one for Platinum.
and the one for Platinum cant open the data of SS/HG because PokeDSpic for Platinum can open .narc files and
in SS/HG the pokemon date is in 0/0/4 and its not an .narc file.
? need Help where can i find the PokeDSpic version for HG/SS ( pleas an Downloadlink

)
if there ar not a version for HG/SS please tell me how to open the file located in /0/0/4 directory.
