Firstly, I'm not asking for the rom.

When I run a clean HG/SS US rom on DeSmuME 0.9.6:
* Black spots and lines appear on the grass after I leave my character's house.
* When encountering a wild Pokémon, my Pokémon's moves are unreadable and weirdly scrambled.
Now my question is, what is causing this? I've tried several roms from the internet.

P.S. I'm sorry for my English, I'm not a native English speaker.

Edit: A friend made me a back-up of his copy of the game.
This solved the second problem, but not the first problem.

It worsens when I move my character.
I believe DeSmuME 0.9.6 is causing it. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Anti-Piracy sounds like the issue. Download Rudolph's patch and patch your clean rom, should be fine after that.

I tried that, but it didn't help. Thank you for trying to help me anyway. ^^

it happens all the time, even for me, but I think it's the graphics card or something
