hi I have order acekard and the box that come have a phone inside no acecard no 8gb memory nothing and the box is for sure from shoptemp cause I had some mail from the shoptemp one mail that my order (acekard) have payed and will shiped soon or something like that and other mail with traking numeber thats the same number with the box with the phone in the box paper that had the same traking number say that had and a card reader for gift but inside nothing no acekard no 8gbmemory no card reader only phone
what can I do now? how can I contact? I pay $57.45 USD and Shipping was: $18.50 USD to come faster cause my girls start's shooll now what can I do now? some one to help me please

If the phone is a good one, sell it for money then order the acekard 2i and the 8GB also

Create a ticket telling them of your problem and they will no doubt help you, make sure you give them your order number as they'll probably need that.

If I were you I would definitely contact ShopTemp and let them know of your situation that they sent you the wrong item and as a paying customer, ask for them to ship out the right item at the same shipping speed you paid for or even faster since they made a screw up and had you wait even longer.

you are right teargod thats why I ask how cause I dont know but they tell me and I have sent a ticket and wait for answer cause now the shooll will start for sure and my girl will not have a single time to play meet with me be in shooll and after shooll maths and read the lesons and play only saturday if find time

sorry for reply in this post again but I want to say that the shoptemp is aswemo they are very cool men they sent me again an other box and arive very fast and with out pay nothing they are great they do very good job and we must help them more with by for them
