Please help, PS Vita slim after sleep mode, press power button solid green light but no display?

I have a PS Vita slim, that if goes into sleep mode, and then pressing the power button, it has solid green light but no display.

It stay's on green light indicator, and now way to turn it off, so I ended up opening the PS Vita slim, and detach the battery. Then connect the battery again and turning it back on, there will be a display on screen but after it goes back again to standby mode, and pressing the power button, it goes green light indicator but no display. Please help me about it.

Mine it's not flashing green light it's a solid green light.

Long shot, but are you using an official charger?

No it is still on original 3.73 firmware

I have had this a while back... the battery was really empty. My Switch also does this... waiting for a full hour did not help.
in the end I used a charger with more amps and that did the trick.
