my wii got updeted to 3.4e and i need to downgrade it ive realy been trying hard

i cant use the dvd dump chanels

what ive tried
cios_fix = ret 1035
cios downgrader =black screen
ios downgrader =black screen

and regular wad manager just freezes

please help me
