these faggots aside, you are a victim of Fake Anti-Malware.
it poses as a real program, while instead just holding your computer hostage.
there are a few tools around to stop these doing anything, but try ComboFix and HiJack-free

My advice, format, install the Windows 7 Ultimate OS download, install Avast, then have your dad give you a smack in the head cause you likely needed it

Its great that your Computer is clean. Also, Rydian's sticky is worth checking out. I recommend SuperAntiSpyware Portable as it doesn't need to be installed and is usually not blocked by infestations. However, it can be tricky to get if you can't access the site. If you need it, I'll upload to mediafire.

Also, for the people that care, whenever a site redirects you elsewhere, you can open up
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Open host file in notepad
Take out the redirects.
