PlayStation 2 Tops 150 Million Sales

Might buy a ps2 someday and mod it... never was too big a fan of the ps2 though, but I did really enjoy the psx. Also got a 300gb softmodded Xbox, and soon a chipped Gamecube, so theres really no need. Has the wii matched ps2 sales yet?

I think Wii is like 70 million sales worldwide but I could be wrong.

The PS2 was and still is an amazing system, if you don't have it you really should pick one up. There's a good reason it sold as much as it did. Got one used for around $60 last year and it's so much fun. Great console exclusives and still tremendously fun to play with friends. Used games for it are usually

Not surprised, the PS2 is still one of the best consoles I own, and also many of you
guys have more games then I ever had for a game system O.O. I only own like 14 PS2 games!

Yes it is in the poorer countries like here in egypt.

The PS2 was popular mainly because of the strong software line-up it boasts in comparison to the other consoles on the market in that era.
