ROM Hack Playing NTSC games on PAL console.

Hello, simple question, is there any way to play original games from other region, i have a pal 3ds flashed, i know i can install games from other regions, but i want to know if i can play orignal cartridges from america.

Yeah, you just need to modify your system, which is pretty easy to do by following The Guide
3ds.hacks.guide
Once hacked, Luma3DS removes region-locking
Edit: the wording of your post threw me off a bit. Since you have Luma3DS, then you are good to go. Games from other regions (both physical and digital via CIA) can work on your system
