it is "possible" to emulate GBA games without an iPlayer and I'm fairly sure someone has tried to but the framerate etc etc would be appalling and completely unplayable as well as containing masses of bugs and other issues. Long story short, no you can't

if you have a DSi and you actually own the game, you can take the cart, box and receipt into a nintendo store (i mean one owned by nintendo) and ask them to put the game onto the DSi and they will. It comes up as a sort of DSiWare. This was why nintendo removed the GBA slot and increased the power, it was something that they didn't advertise so well and therefore isn't widely known. They take up a lot of space compared to DSiWare though. I know you think i am joking but i am absolutely serious! You can do this, i have!

Hmm. Do you have some sort of proof to show us? Otherwise, the entirety of the internet will cry out "LIAR!" and we don't want that.

No, it really is! It only works for certain games though, so i don't know if you give me a name of a game that it would work. The one my friend has is one of the pokemon games. I don't play pokemon so i didn't pay attention to which one.

Ds / Dsi flashcards are not powerfull enough to emulate the GBA Advance roms .But you can play GBC Games on you flascards if you want.
The iPlayer and the (unreleased) Supercard DSTWO can emulate GBA now.

@HiradeGirl the L button barely worked at all in the dsi i previously had

my dad bought me a dsi identical to that one
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
That could be an easy fix without even opening it with some ipa maybe unless the entire button broke
  • HiradeGirl @ HiradeGirl:
That´s why I never got any handheld before the Switch.
