No. The Acekard is not able to play GBA games without a slot-2 device. You want GBA, but a supercard ds2.

That's right, but a EZ-Flash 3in1 can only be used with a Slot-2 device. The 3DS doesn't have a Slot-2. Only the Supercard DSTWO, as said above, can emulate GBA through Slot-1 using an emulator (called NDS_GBA).
