Homebrew playing emulated games on wii

hi hope some one can help i have a 1TB external hard drive with a 20g fat 32 partition and the rest is formatted in wbfs so i can plat my wii games using usb loader gx but my question is can i also store shes games and other retro games on my hard drive and play them using a emulator if so can some one point me in the direction of a guide to be able to do this my pat 32 partition has the following folders usb images usb themes usb apps to run mu home brew and a few others hope some one can help thanks in advance

Many emulators (found here: http://wiibrew.org/wiki/List_of_homebrew_emulators) can read from FAT partitions.
The folder structure needed by the emulator is usually the same as it'd be on SD card

All emulators ending on "GX" should work from USB

Well, put the /apps/ folder with the emulator of your choice on the FAT32 partition and the roms in the right folders on the FAT32 partition. Press 1 when in the latest HBC and select USB Drive. Then start the emulator!
