Homebrew Play online game other region "HELP"

My console is EUR, i download Metroid Prime Federation Force USA e try play online, but i can't. Erro code : 003-0399 you must aceept the terms.

an friend say "For those having problem running the game out of region, it's probably another "region blocked" game (not in a sense that can be patched with region free, but it uses memory addresses that are different between regions, thus, crashing the game, like with Paper Jam for example). So make sure to turn on the Language Emulation in Luma3DS/NTR CFW and try again."

I use 3DS EUR A9LH + LUMA 6.0.1, i enable this option on menu LUMA, but i can't play online. Any help? PLease.
