Hacking Plailect DSiWare Downgrade / Full restoring ?

Hi,
Before i tried to downgrade a 11.0 new 3DS i would have to check with you :
In Plailect/Guide in section VI (restoring 3DS#1) would i get back to my original CFW, with all my already installed cia ? THX
It means that the formatting in section II doesn't erase the previously installed cias nor the CFW (sysNAND-A9LHAX.bin if i'm correct) ?

For the first question, when you restore your 3DS#1 backup you get back where it was before everything. Just make sure you follow the guide to unblock the nnid with the game.

This means you need to keep a backup of the 3DS#1 SD contents and a backup of 3DS#1 NAND prior of the procedure to be able to restore everything how it was. Installed cias are in SD linked to the nand they were installed to. A9LHAX resides in nand and the hax files are also in SD.
