Misc PKMNSS I'm in need of help!

Hi all.
I need some help in pokemon. I need my smeargle to sketch WISH. Basically, I want somebody to wifi battle me, use wish, then I sketch it.
So, can YOU help?

Oh, you're right. Damn, I should have looked into it better. Now, how should I make it learn wish? Also, I'm on soul silver, and there doesn't seem to be any double battles (at least at this point).

i think your first double battle is before golden rod or after you get suddowoodo i think.

I'm already at the elite four, and I don't remember double battling.
EDIT: Wait, you're right! I remember some girlies that I double battled. But it's useless since I cannot rebattle them

EDIT2: The only possible way now is to use it on wild smeargle, and it will sketch it
